1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic and quality control reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

2. Product Descriptions & Sizing

Each item is carefully described and sized in detail on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, fabric details, and size charts before making a purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to placing an order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@fabboutique.com. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

4. Custom Orders

All custom-made or special-order items require full upfront payment and are non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications will be accepted once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by shipping carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control. Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

6. Unauthorized Returns

Any items sent back to us without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
