1. What sizes do you offer?
FAB Boutique mainly caters to plus-size and curve-friendly fashion that doesn't compromise on style. Our size range usually runs from US 10–18 or EU 38–50. We pride ourselves on being inclusive by primarily targeting average women in the mid-plus size range, who are often overlooked in the retail space.
2. What fabrics do you use?
Our African clothing pieces are mainly made from Ankara prints. Occasionally, we feature pieces made from Kente, Batik, or Wax prints. Some items are crafted from durable organza fabric, and all men's native wear pieces are made from high-quality cotton-based fabrics.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing for a product, please review our size chart below.
4. Are your clothes pre-made or custom-made?
Our African clothing products are hand-made by skilled tailors in West Africa. These products are shipped to Canada and sold as ready-made in our Toronto store. For custom-made pieces, the order process requires at least 4 weeks and begins with a consultation.
5. How do I care for my clothing?
Most Ankara and African clothing pieces are machine-wash safe, but they must not be mixed with regular laundry. Wash separately and hang to dry — do NOT use a dryer. For items with intricate embellishments such as rhinestones and beading, dry cleaning is recommended.
